We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or needs. Return Eligibility<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Is in new, unused, and uninstalled condition<\/li><li>Is returned in its original packaging with all components, manuals, and accessories<\/li><li>Is not a final sale, clearance, custom, or special-order item (see Section 4)<\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p><strong>Important:<\/strong>\u00a0Items that have been installed, modified, or used are not eligible for return.<\/p><\/blockquote><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>2. How to Initiate a Return<\/strong><\/h3><p>To start the return process:<\/p><ol><li>Contact our support team at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:returns@efireplace.ca\">returns@efireplace.ca<\/a>\u00a0or call [Insert Phone Number]<\/li><li>Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for return<\/li><li>Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions<\/li><\/ol><blockquote><p>Returns without prior authorization (RMA) will not be accepted.<\/p><\/blockquote><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>3. Return Shipping<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or in error<\/li><li>Use a trackable shipping method and consider insurance for valuable items<\/li><li>Ensure the item is safely packaged to prevent damage during return transit<\/li><\/ul><p>If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping and arrange pickup if necessary.<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>4. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h3><p>The following products are not eligible for return or refund:<\/p><ul><li>Custom-built or special-order items<\/li><li>Clearance, final sale, or open-box items<\/li><li>Items that have been installed or show signs of use<\/li><li>Venting kits, chimney liners, or gas components once opened<\/li><li>Gift cards<\/li><\/ul><p>If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before attempting to return it.<\/p><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>5. Damaged or Defective Items<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Inspect your order immediately upon delivery<\/li><li>For freight shipments, do not sign the delivery slip if the package is visibly damaged\u2014note it on the bill of lading<\/li><li>Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:support@efireplace.ca\">support@efireplace.ca<\/a>\u00a0with photos and a description of the issue<\/li><\/ul><p>We will evaluate the claim and, if valid, offer one of the following:<\/p><ul><li>Replacement of the damaged item<\/li><li>Refund of the purchase amount<\/li><li>Partial refund with retention of the product (in select cases)<\/li><\/ul><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>6. Refunds<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.<\/li><li>Refunds are typically processed within 7\u201310 business days after receipt<\/li><li>Refunds are issued to the original payment method<\/li><li>Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error<\/li><\/ul><blockquote><p>A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to certain returned items. This will be clearly communicated during the RMA process.<\/p><\/blockquote><h3 style=\"color: #fe5d01;\"><strong>7. Exchanges<\/strong><\/h3><p>We do not process direct exchanges. Policy Updates<\/strong><\/h3><p>eFireplace.ca reserves the right to update or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
